Weight loss is easy… Keeping it off is the hardest… I got stupid! Now, “I’M BACK!”

Some people never have or never will struggle with being overweight, but for those that have or still do, I hope this helps you and ME since I struggle with this every day of my life.

The hardest thing to do is to talk about it. In 2010, I lost 135# in 10 months and in 2013 (winter) I gained 22 of those pounds back on. Why? Because I got stupid and just got lazy with my eating habits.

But now that has changed and I’m feel like Michael Jordan “I’M BACK”. On 4.21.14 I weighed in for the Greatest Loser Challenge and in addition to that I started T25 fitness challenge to stay Fit For Life.


I have lost lots of that weight back off my body. I can’t really say what # I am in the contest because we all have a secret #, but I can say that I am extremely happy with what I have dropped.

How to start:
1. Mentally change your mind that you want to lose weight and get in shape.
2. Start walking today. One time around the block, turns into more and more.
3. Start eating less when it comes to consumption.
4. Join a group that motivates you to change your eating plan.
5. Make a food lifestyle change. Never D.I.E.t. Nobody is ready for the 1st 3 letters in D.I.E.t.
5. Ask someone else to be a mentor for each other.
6. Join a walking group or running group.
7. Plan your exercise.
8. If you change your mind and do the above, it’s amazing the results you will begin to see.

My motto: If YOU are not moving, YOU are not losing… If YOU say YOU can’t, YOU won’t… I know believe ME! My point is if YOU say YOU can’t, YOU won’t, and that has to do with everything in life. Do some kind of exercise everyday and keep moving. If YOU are moving, YOU are losing something. At the end of the day, YOU will feel better that YOU accomplished something today, that YOU didn’t do yesterday. The thing about it is, YOU have to do it everyday.

Never say “NO” to anything YOU want to accomplish in life. Just go for it!
